Next Work Days 5/19 and 5/26

Thanks so much for everyone who came out on Saturday for the work day! We made a big move with removing the rubble and there's a gate so we can deter dumping.
Saturday, May 19th and Saturday, May 26 will be the next two work days from noon-5 again. Pam will be manning the concessions (franks and tea) so please donate!
In preparation for leveling the lot with wood chip, we need to investigate playground equipment. Please contact me if you are interested in looking for a couple of models we can discuss as a group. We would like to settle on one around June 1st so we can sink the supports in conjunction with leveling the lot.
We got the soil pH tests back from GrowNYC, and our soil is alkaline (6.8-7.2) and it needs to be slightly acidic for veggies (6-6.8). We can add compost to get the pH more neutral. It's also sandy soil which is typical for NYC.
