Summer Open Hours
We are officially open for the summer! The gate will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am - 8pm. Come by, hang out see how the garden is growing. If any gardener is available to be in the lot during these times, that would be great. We all need to take responsibility for the space and our license is contingent upon keeping it open to the public at least 20 hours a week.
Work days will still be held on Sundays, however, we'll be working in the early morning and late afternoon/early evening to avoid the heat in the middle of the day.

In other news, we received the grant funding from the Citizens Committee for New York and our IOBY fundraiser. So we're ready to get our compost system! Also, we have another palate of scaffolding lumber from Build it Green BIG! Blooms and compost from Sanitation/Build it Green. If anyone is available to help with pick up for either the lumber or compost, please email us!
